Omoto (Rohdea japonica) 'Reimei'
Product Code: 488
One of the first oha varieties that manifested akebono tora ("akebono fu"=variegation from the bottom to the middle, like sunrise; "tora fu"=irregular variegation). Its leaves spread sideways and turn down.
It is very sturdy, and the variegation rarely fails to show.
Nursery: Nagano Sankouen
(The plant[s] will be shipped “bare-rooted,” without soil or pot, with the roots wrapped in sphagnum moss. If you are participating in the U.S. Group Order, you don’t need to pay for the phytosanitary certificate.)
