分岐点が低く枝が長く伸びます。採光を強くすると本芸が現れ、全体にシカミが強くなると同時に枝先が巻き込みます。そこに赤みを帯びた胞子嚢がつき、枝・軸の深い紺性（＝緑）と見事なコントラストをなします。

Branches branch out at low points and grow long. If you give this cultivar plenty of light, the entire plant will become wrinkly (a gei, or mutation, called shikami), and the tips of the branches will curl. The reddish sporangia will gather at the tips, in sharp contrast with the green stems and branches.

It is a sturdy cultivar that propagates well.
