「青龍角」と並ぶ太軸物の代表格です。青く出た芽が次第に緑を深めていき、胞子嚢は赤みがかった黄色で枝の中ほどに散在します。個体差が著しいのも楽しみの1つです。

強健ですが、太軸物ですので日を弱く育てます。

Along with 'Seiryukaku,' it is one of the best known futojiku, or thick-stemmed, cultivars. Its green turns deeper and deeper as it grows, with reddish yellow sporangia developing in the middle of branches.

The fact that no two plants of this cultivar grow alike adds to your enjoyment.

As is the case with most futojiku cultivars, it should be grown with weak light.
