低い分岐点から長く伸びた枝が、やや縮緬状になります。緑の虎斑を残して淡い橙色の斑が入り、2年目になると緑の虎斑が抜けて橙色だけになります。

日を強く採れば斑はきれいになりますが、古い軸が倒れて増殖できなくなります。斑の出た木でも日陰に長く置くと斑が消えるほど光に敏感に反応する品種で、適所を見つけることが成功のカギとなります。

A grown plant shows light orange variegation at the tips and the middle of the stems, with blotches of green left here and there. In the second year, the green blotches will disappear.

Strong light will make it beautiful, but prevent it from propagating. This cultivar responds very sensitively to light, so if you place a variegated plant in a shade, it can easily turn green. It is important to find a place where the plant feels comfortable.
